Monitor Services Screen

Objective:

Explain what a user is seeing on the Monitor Services Screen.

XSPOC: 3.1, 3.2

Purpose:

Familiarize the user with the Monitor Services Screen.

Instruction:

1. Open XPOC Client
2. From the navigation panel locate and select the Tools Tab
3. Click Tools Tab > Monitor Services Icon
4. The Monitor Services screen opens and displays the following.
   1. Host Name
   2. Service Name
   3. Status
   4. Last Update
5. Select and right click on the service you want to work with, and you can do the following:
   1. Start
   2. Stop
   3. Restart
6. On the bottom right there are two window control icons.
   1. The lock icon allows the user to lock the screen.
   2. The arrow icon allows the use to float the window and move it to other screens or areas of the same computer screen.
