Card Viewer Screen

Explain what a user is seeing on the Card Viewer Screen.

Purpose:

Designed to give the user an overview of the Card Viewer Screen. The Card Viewer window allows you to view dynograph surface and downhole cards, and to view the XDIAG analysis output. When you change from one well to another in the Well Group Tree, the window is automatically updated with information for the new well.

Instruction:

  1. Open XPOC Client
  2. From the navigation panel locate and select the asset
  3. Click Asset Tab > Card Viewer Icon
  4. Opens the Card Viewer Window for the selected well. This button changes to ESP Analysis when an ESP well is selected.
  5. The Card Viewer Window has six sections.
    1. Card Viewer toolbar.
      1. Get Card – allows you to select one of the cards from various card buffers that are on the device.
      2. XDiag – allows you to run analysis on the currently selected card in the card library.
      3. E-mail – allows you to send the card to Theta Oilfield Services, or other recipients of your choosing, if you already have a mail server defined in XSPOC.
      4. Report – displays a print preview of the Well Analysis report. You have the option of sending this report to the printer or to save it as a PDF
      5. Idle Time – displays a print preview of the Well Analysis report. You have the option of sending this report to the printer or to save it as a PDF.
    2. Card Plot Area – displays selected dynamometer cards and the calculated downhole card
    3. Card Library – displays a list of stored dynamometer cards, with time/date stamps
    4. Input Data – displays input data used in the analysis (sources are database and POC)
    5. Output Data – displays calculated parameters from the XDIAG analysis
    6. Analysis Data – displays plain English report of the condition of the entire system
  6. On the bottom right there are two window control icons.
    1. The lock icon allows the user to lock the screen,
    2. The arrow icon allows the use to float the window and move it to other screens or areas of the same computer screen.
