User Security Settings Screen – Admin

Objective:

To explain what the Administrator sees on the User Security Settings Screen.

Rights Needed:

Versions:

XSPOC: 3.1, 3.2

Purpose:

To familiarize XSPOC Administrators with the User Security Screen

Instruction:

1. Open the XPOC Client
2. From the navigation panel locate and select the Tools Tab
3. Click Tools Tab > User Security Settings Icon
4. The User security Screen launches and displays the following.
5. Tool bar along the top of the screen with three options:
   1. New
   2. Edit
   3. Delete
6. Main data window with four columns:
   1. User Name
   2. Privileges
   3. User Root
   4. Last Access Date
7. On the bottom right there are two window control icons.
   1. The lock icon allows the user to lock the screen,
   2. The arrow icon allows the use to float the window and move it to other screens or areas of the same computer screen.
