Print Objective:
Explain what a user is seeing on the Tools>Database Screen.

Versions:
XSPOC: 3.1, 3.2
Purpose:
Familiarize the user with the XSPOC SQL Database Viewer.
Instruction:

- Open XPOC Client
- From the navigation panel locate and select the Tools Tab
- Click Tools Tab > Database Icon
- The database screen launches and displays the following:
- At the top right of the screen is the SQL Icon button. Clicking this button opens a SQL Query window.
- Just below the SQL Icon is the Filter section with the database tables listed below it.
- Along the top of the screen is the SQL Query Window Tool Bar
- Red Exclamation Mark – executes the SQL statement
- Columns – dropdown list displaying all columns in the selected table
- SQL Arithmetic Operators
- SQL Logical Operators
- Below the SQL tool bar is the SQL Query window.
- Just below the SQL Query window, or at the top of the screen if the SQL query window is not open, is the table tool bar.
- Green Refresh icon
- Red cancel button
- Copy Icon
- Paste Icon
- Table Name
- On the far right is the Limit box
- The selected table is displayed in the center of the screen
- An up/down scroll bar is located at the far right of the screen
- On the bottom right there are two window control icons.
- The lock icon allows the user to lock the screen.
- The arrow icon allows the use to float the window and move it to other screens or areas of the same computer screen.
