Main Client Window

Objective:

Explain what a user is seeing on the Main Client Screen.

Purpose:

Designed to give the user a way to launch child windows for all the other screens in XSPOC.

  1. Open XPOC Client
  2. The XSPOC Client has five main sections.
    1. The top of the window displays the current version, server connection, database name, and user.
    2. The client Ribbon displays icons that open various screens in XSPOC.
    3. The Navigation panel on the left side reveals the hierarchy of groups and wells in XSPOC, as well as allowing the user to select groups and wells.
    4. The center child window displays selected screens in XSPOC.
    5. The bottom of the screen displays the following:
      1. POCType
      2. NodeID
      3. Enabled or Disabled Status in XSPOC
      4. Comm Status
      5. Time In State (TIS) – if available
      6. Alarms – if any
      7. Scan – Last Good Scan Date/Time
      8. Group Membership
      9. Current Data and XSPOC Server Time
