Custom ParamStandardTypes Screen

Explain what a user is seeing on the Custom ParamStandardType Screen.

Purpose:

Familiarize the user with the Custom ParamStandardTypes Screen.

Instruction:

1. Open XPOC Client
2. From the navigation panel locate and select the Tools Tab
3. Click Tools Tab > Custom ParamStandardTypes Icon
4. The Custom ParamStandardTypes screen opens and displays the following:
5. Custom ParamStandardType (PST) window
   1. Displays current custom PSTs if any
   2. New – opens a New Custom ParamStandardType configuration window
   3. Delete – removes a custom PST
6. New Custom ParamStandardType Configuration Window
   1. Name – create the desired name
   2. Unit Type – select the appropriate measurement type, or leave as none
   3. Applications – select what Applications this PST will apply to
   4. Create – saves the new PST
   5. Cancel – cancels changes made
7. On the bottom right of the Custom PST window there are two window control icons.
   1. The lock icon allows the user to lock the screen.
   2. The arrow icon allows the use to float the window and move it to other screens or areas of the same computer screen.
