Response to deny access to a webinar

If a user requests access to a webinar and they don’t have active maintenance they should be denied to the webinar. When it asks for what to send the customer use the below statement.

Thank you for requesting access to our webinar. Unfortunately, we don’t show any active maintenance or support for your company or product ownership with maintenance, your request for access cannot be approved. If you feel this in error, please contact us at 661-633-2792.
