DoFastScan in tblSchedule

Here is the process to set up a DoFastScan event that will scan designated addresses at a different rate other than the normal DoScan Event that is already setup.

1. In tblSchedule add the EventName = DoFastScan and set the Interval = seconds for the port(s) with the well(s) on it that you want to scan at a differrent rate than that port’s current DoScan event.
2. In tblNodeMaster check the FastScan box for each well that will be scanned on the DoFastScan event.
3. In tblParameters check the FastScan box for each address, by POCType, that will be scanned in the DoFastScan event.
   1. Insure that the StatusScan box is checked.
   2. Set CollectionMode = 3
   3. Set GroupStatusView = 1 (If you want to also see it in a Group Status View.)
4. Restart the XS Server Service.
