New ParamStandard Type PST

1. Find the applicationID for the controller you want in tblApplications  (Rod lift=3, ESP=4, Gas Lift=7, Tank=12, Facility=18)

2. Add a new PST for that application in tblApplicationParamStandardTypes using the ID from #1. the PST should be above 10,000

3. In tblParameters find the register you want to add the PST to and enter in the PST number you created.

4. In tblParamStandardTypes Create a new PST using the same number used in tblApplicationParamStandardTypes. UnitTypeID=0, PhraseID=0

5. Restart Services
