Param Standard Types in Facility Tags

In order to get the PST you want to show up in the list for a Facility Tag we need to add it to the application type.

1. In tblParamStandardTypes or tblParameters find which PST you want.
2. In tblApplications find the Application ID (3=Rod LIft)
3. In tblApplicationParamStandardTypes enter the AppID, the PST and do not check any boxes.
