How does the XSPOC App connect to the servers. Our servers set on the inside of our network, so was wondering if we would have to add firewall rules to allow it to connect or is their a hosted XSPOC solution that you have to use in order to use the app. We have users out in the field that would like to start using their phones and iPads, so was wondering how the app connected.

In order to have our app work, there must be access to the IIS server that runs the mobile app.
How this works…
- App opens and contacts our license server with license number
- License server give app the location of the IIS server either with IP or FQDN
- App makes connection to the IIS server and asks for authentication
For step 3 the device must be able to get to the IIS server. There are different setups that can make this happen including via a VPN.
